Simpson Strong-Tie DIA62SS Installation Overview

1. Drill a hole in the base material using the specified diameter carbide drill bit.
2. Blow the hole clean using compressed air.
3. Insert the anchor into the hole and tap with a hammer until flush.
4. Use the designated drop-in setting tool to drive the expander plug.
5. Ensure minimum thread engagement equal to the nominal diameter of the threaded insert.
