1. Drill a hole using a carbide drill bit of the same diameter as the anchor.
2. Clean the hole using compressed air.
3. Position the fixture and insert the anchor.
4. Tap the anchor with a hammer until flush with the fixture.
5. Drive the pin until flush with the top of the head.
