Zinc Nailon anchors are low-cost, mushroom head anchors designed for static load applications. They are easily installed by hammering the pin through the anchor, expanding its body to secure it in place.

Simpson Strong-Tie ZN25112B Installation Overview

1. Drill a hole in the base material using a carbide drill bit of the same diameter as the anchor.
2. Blow the hole clean using compressed air or drill deeper to accommodate dust.
3. Position the fixture and insert the Nailon anchor.
4. Tap the anchor with a hammer until flush with the fixture.
5. Drive the pin until it is flush with the top of the head.
