Simpson Strong-Tie VGTR Installation Overview

1. Verify dimensions and alignment of trusses and supporting members.
2. Install washer component so the top of the washer is horizontal and parallel with the top plate of the wall.
3. Attach using the provided Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty Connector screws.
4. Ensure proper alignment and secure fastening to achieve desired uplift capacity.
5. Follow installation guidelines for roof pitches up to 8/12 or bottom chord applications.
