Simpson Strong-Tie THAI322 Installation Overview

1. Order the THAI-2 for the required hanger width.
2. Use all specified fasteners and verify header compatibility.
3. Install web stiffeners for all I-joists.
4. Field-form straps over the top of the header by a minimum of 2 1/2″.
5. Fill lowest face nails to achieve uplift loads.
