1. Use all specified fasteners
2. For top flange installation, field form straps over the header
3. Install top and face nails according to specifications
4. For face mount installation, fill the lowest 4 face holes
5. Alternate installation allows top flange configuration using tabulated fasteners
6. Ensure lowest face nails are filled to achieve uplift loads
