Zinc Nailon anchors are low-cost, mushroom head anchors designed for static load applications. They are easily installed by driving the pin through the anchor, expanding its body to secure it in place.

Simpson Strong-Tie ZN25114B Installation Overview

1. Drill a hole in the base material using a carbide drill bit of the same diameter as the anchor.
2. Clean the hole using compressed air or ensure it is deep enough to accommodate dust.
3. Position the fixture and insert the Nailon anchor.
4. Tap the anchor with a hammer until flush with the fixture, then drive the pin until flush with the top of the head.
